Sequins

The next key trend in Highstreetedited's round up of Autumn/Winter 2016 trends is Sequins. Sparkly, glittery little shiny circles that really make an outfit shine.  They will add glitz and glamour for an evening out or sparkle to an everyday outfit, if you're feeling brave enough to don them in daylight. I'll definitely be pushing the boundaries with mine this year as I only wore my sequin top a sum total of once last season.

It's been a while since I've browsed Uniqlo. It's about a year since I purchased a couple of their bargainacious cotton/cashmere mix sweaters, which saw me through last year's Winter/Spring transition and were a welcome addition to my wardrobe during our not so warm English Summer too! So, prompted by the lovely Jane from My Midlife Fashion last Friday, I popped over for a blouse (well, shirt actually) and browse and was pleasantly surprised by what I found. Have you visited Jaeger Outlet recently... or ever come to that?  It's well worth popping over there from time to time as they have great high quality pieces at bargain prices, plus from time to time they have flash sales making their prices even lower.  Have I explained that well..
