Christmas Edit: H&M and TopShop

So last Sunday morning I woke up at 7am and could not get back to sleep..Aargh!!  The rest of the family were still sleeping so I crept around the house like a burglar silently making a cup of tea and switching on my lap top. The next two hours were spent browsing the High Street from the comfort of my bed and rounding up my top picks of the H&M and TopShop sales.  I've only included pieces that I would personally wear or that I already have, so if these picks don't tickle your fancy head on over to the H&M and TopShop websites and see what you can find that suits - there are lots of bargains to  be had.  Here goes with my selection, firstly from H&M...

Grey Sparkle Tee ONLY £6 - a great way to add some laid back sparkle to your everyday outfit or team with a statement skirt for a high/low look
Dinner Jacket £34.99 Okay, so this isn't in the sale yet, but I received it yesterday and it's great quality for the price. A definite year on year festive piece to dress up jeans or to complement a more formal outfit
Lace Skirt £14.99 - Style with a tee and jacket or a chunky knit
Maxi Dress £25 - Don't let the sheer skirt put you off if you're not keen to show off your bare legs wear with long boots or opaques

Now onto Toppers.... I didn't find that many pieces in the sale at Top Shop probably because I was little late off the mark, but these few look fab .. I wouldn't advise wearing them all together by the way!

Chevron Patterned Faux Fur Coat £65 Love the colours on this
Navy Ribbed Swing Sweater down from £40 to £28. Fab with skinnies or layered up with a white shirt
Betsy Velvet Boot now £25 Also available in other colours but I think this one is simply gorgeous and soo festive!
